Anderson is a full-service direct marketing company located in Poway, CA. We are looking for a full-time experienced Envelope Inserter/Machine Operator in our Mail Operations Department to work a midday to evening shift schedule Monday – Friday. This may include some weekend and overtime work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Ability to setup, operate and maintain FlowMaster Inserter machines to produce direct mail marketing pieces at approximately 5,000 pieces per hour on average.2. Ability to trouble-shoot equipment and complete proper adjustments to meet established hourly production standards.
3. Traying and palletizing completed product. Knowledgeable with USPS mail sortation and palletization builds.
4. Maintaining a clean workstation, refilling trays and sleeves, removing remaining materials after each job.
5. Flexibility to support other areas of Mail Operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. 1+ year experience working on Pitney Bowes FlowMaster Inserter in a manufacturing environment.
2. Must be able to read work orders & follow instructions.
3. Able to perform basic math calculations.
4. Able to communicate clearly both verbally & in writing.
5. Basic computer and mechanical skills are required.
6. Regularly lift & carry up to 5-35 lbs.
7. Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and grasping.
COMPENSATION
Between $18.00 (USD) to $20.00 (USD) hourly, depending on experience.
