Digital Marketing Coordinator: Hybrid/Remote (Depending on location)
SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) will support the Digital team in a wide range of operational processes and projects, in a tactical capacity. Interacts with Business Development and other Anderson departments to ensure efficient project management. The DMC will Perform a range of administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the Digital department.
The DMC is an effective, organized communicator with a keen sense for marketing operations. The DMC will support the Digital Operations Manager on a variety of administrative and operations management duties to ensure the success of the Digital Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management
Oversee project management duties on various project management platforms to track digital program progress, update schedules, and coordinate meetings as needed.
Builds relationships with internal and external team members.
Scheduling and attending meetings
Responsible for scheduling and attending a variety of meetings including, but not limited to, digital program scoping calls, program kick-off calls, ad hoc digital program calls, and end-of-month billing calls.
Budget tracking and estimate creation
Work with the Digital Operations Manager to create budget reconciliation spreadsheets as well as attend billing meetings to ensure programs are being properly billed and allocated. The DMC will interface with our digital team and other departments to review forecasts and update billing documents.
Digital marketing research
Use research tools to conduct a variety of digital marketing research such as industry benchmarking, trends, and new technology to create learning materials to share out with the broader team.
Planning and Reporting
Pulls reporting including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, CallRail, social media insights, financials, and others.
Social Media
Work with the marketing team to manage internal social media properties, develop social content, and assist in the management of paid social media programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S) from a four-year college or university in Marketing or Business preferred. Experience working in an agency is preferred but not required.
Tool Proficiency
Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, and FB Ads Manager is a plus.
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently and maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Mathematical Skills/Computer Skills
The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Experience with relevant software applications such as Basecamp, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. A sharp eye for detail and organization will be key to being successful in this role.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
SALARY RANGE
$50,000 – $70,000 (Annually)
